    Since 1999, Antica Gelateria del Corso® puts at the disposal of bartenders and restaurant owners alike its knowledge and expertise in the field of genuine ingredients, quality, and tradition, by organizing professional courses at the national and international level.

    As every academy has its headmaster, the Antica Gelateria del Corso® Academy is lead by a dean with lengthy experience.

    Since the inception of the academy, the mission of gelato making master Alfonso Poldi Allay Patarino has been to interpret the tradition of Italian handmade gelato to make every moment authentic, combining experience with innovation to produce the inimitable style and flavor of Antica Gelateria del Corso® gelato.
